Internal triage for everything that can go quietly wrong. Each audit runs a read-only check and files issues; the workflow goes NEW → ACKNOWLEDGED → IN PROGRESS → FIXED, with IGNORED for confirmed false positives. Re-running an audit auto-closes issues that no longer appear, and re-opens them if they reappear.
