How to get your Invite Code:
1. Log in to Beds24
2. Go to Settings → Apps & Integrations → API
3. Click "Create Invite Code"
4. Copy and paste the code below

Select Properties to Import

Choose which properties you want to import from Beds24.

Name Your Account

Enter your company/account name. All selected properties will be imported under this account.

Account Name *

Account Email *

This email will be used to log in to GAS Admin

Get instant updates when guests book via Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.

Why set up webhooks?
Without webhooks, bookings sync every 15 minutes. With webhooks, they sync in ~1 minute — reducing double-booking risk!

Your Webhook URL:

⚠️ Setup for EACH property in Beds24:

Log in to Beds24
Go to Settings → Properties
Select your first property
Click the Access tab
Find "Booking Webhooks" section
Set Webhook Version to: 2 - with personal data
Paste the webhook URL above
Leave "Custom Header" and "Additional Data" empty
Click Save
💡 Use the multi-select button (bottom right) to apply these settings to all your other properties at once!

💡 Don't worry: Even without webhooks, your bookings will still sync automatically every 15 minutes. Webhooks just make it faster!
