1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GAS (Global Accommodation System) platform at gas.travel and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
GAS provides a vacation rental management platform that enables property owners to create websites, manage bookings, connect to channel managers, and distribute property listings across multiple platforms. The basic listing service is free; premium features are available via paid subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Certain features require a paid subscription at £29/month per property (or as otherwise stated). Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform including property descriptions, images, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant GAS a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the services, including publishing to connected third-party platforms such as social media and channel managers.
6. Third-Party Integrations
GAS integrates with third-party services including channel managers, payment processors, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. GAS is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
7. Social Media Posting
When you connect a social media account and create campaigns through GAS, you authorise us to publish content to your connected pages or profiles on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that all content posted complies with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
8. WhatsApp Business Messaging
GAS uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, provided by Meta, to deliver booking lifecycle messages to guests and enable two-way support conversations between you and GAS Support (and, where applicable, between you and your guests via your own connected WhatsApp Business Account). Your use of WhatsApp messaging through GAS is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms; you agree to comply with both. In particular, you will not send unsolicited marketing messages, will respect any STOP / opt-out request promptly, and will only message recipients with a lawful business reason (a confirmed booking, a prior inbound message opening Meta's 24-hour conversation window, or where you have collected explicit consent). Where you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account via Embedded Signup, you are responsible for ensuring your account remains in good standing with Meta and that any templates you submit comply with WhatsApp's content policies.
9. Payment Processing
Booking payments are processed through Stripe. GAS does not store credit card details directly. Transaction fees may apply as determined by the payment processor. You are responsible for ensuring your Stripe account is correctly configured and compliant with applicable regulations.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to: list properties you do not own or have authorisation to manage; distribute spam or unsolicited content; upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the platform; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
11. Limitation of Liability
GAS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAS Travel Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion unless you request immediate deletion.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
